Job summary

Leighton Asia in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to lead BIM governance and delivery on complex projects. You will oversee BIM models, execute ISO 19650-aligned workflows, and drive continuous improvement while supporting pre-contract activities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and design teams to advance digital delivery and capability development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as Digital Engineering Manager, BIM Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, ISO 19650, and digital delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing digital engineering teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Exposure to pre-contract, tender, or business development support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital engineering implementation across assigned projects.
• Establish and enforce BIM execution plans, workflows, and standards aligned with ISO 19650.
• Provide technical oversight on BIM models, federated coordination, and digital deliverables.
• Conduct audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project teams in resolving digital engineering challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop digital engineering team members.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, consultants, and construction teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert for digital engineering best practices.
• Support identification and qualification of Digital Engineering opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial input to tenders and proposals.
• Assist in scope definition, resource planning, and effort estimation.
• Participate in client presentations, workshops, and early project engagements.
• Contribute to capability statements, case studies, and knowledge sharing.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to lead and drive digital engineering delivery across complex projects. This role is responsible for overseeing BIM and digital engineering governance, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, supporting project teams, and contributing to business development and pre‑contract work.

You will act as a key technical leader, supporting project delivery teams while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. This role combines technical leadership, governance, people management, and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities
