Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Engineer in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines, adopting a hybrid work setup with a day shift. The role focuses on developing 3D and 4D BIM models, coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards.

You will use Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D, and AutoCAD to support planning and execution. Requirements include a Civil/Structural engineering degree and at least two years in digital engineering and BIM, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Engineering and BIM.
• Proficiency in BIM platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D.
• Experience on large infrastructure or building projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D and 4D BIM models across the project lifecycle, focusing on modular formwork modeling, reinforcement cage detailing, and pour sequencing.
• Coordinate digital deliverables with design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Use tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Synchro 4D.
• Support clash detection, safety implementation, digital coordination, and design validation processes.
• Create visualizations and simulations to support design and construction planning.
• Assist in digital workflows, data integration, and project automation.
• Provide training and support to internal team and stakeholders on digital engineering tools.
• Ensure BIM-related work follows ISO 19650 standards and protocols.

Compensation: 55,000 – 60,000 PHP per month

Your Role

About You

• Strong understanding of construction and design processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience working on large infrastructure or building projects is preferred
