Job Description
The Digital Engineer is responsible for leveraging advanced digital tools to enhance construction project efficiency and execution. The role focuses on utilizing Revit, Dynamo, and Digital Engineering (DE) methodologies to support and improve project delivery. The incumbent collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to integrate digital solutions across various construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed digital models using Revit, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Utilize Dynamo to automate tasks, improving workflows and customizing BIM solutions to meet project demands.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate digital engineering practices, promoting cohesive project delivery.
- Conduct analyses and simulations using digital engineering tools to optimize construction processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure digital models reflect project goals, timelines and budget considerations.
- Maintain documentation of digital processes to enhance knowledge transfer and project efficiency.
- Stay updated with developments in digital construction technologies and implement best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of digital engineering methodologies to enhance design accuracy and project efficiency.
- Strong ability to conduct data analysis and simulations, interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights for construction project optimization.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital modelling and engineering within the construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience implementing digital engineering practices through all phases of projects, from design to execution and completion.
Software Skills
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit for creating, managing and analyzing digital models, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Proficiency in Dynamo to automate processes within Revit, develop custom BIM solutions and streamline project workflows.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex challenges into manageable components.
- Precision and attention to detail to ensure digital models and documentation are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
