Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines seeks an Omnichannel Systems Specialist to support and manage the eCommerce ecosystem, with emphasis on Shopify, PIM, and POS integrations. You will liaise with vendors and internal teams, troubleshoot bugs, and guide omnichannel projects across online and in-store channels.

The role requires coordinating with retail operations, handling ticketing workflows, and participating in product-specific training to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify Front-End and Back-End administration.
• Experience in liaising with Shopify vendors and external partners.
• Familiarity with PIM systems and product data management.
• Experience with eCommerce analytics and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the omnichannel eCommerce ecosystem.
• Coordinate with retail operations for online and in-store integration.
• Troubleshoot system bugs and drive vendor/internal ticket resolutions.
