Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. is hiring for a hybrid role in Makati that focuses on digital campaign tagging and tracking across Google Marketing Platforms, Meta, and related networks.

The candidate will manage setup, tagging, testing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant campaigns. Ideal applicants have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or IT, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with digital KPIs and ad platforms.

Hybrid - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Contract

Job Description

• Set up and traffic campaigns in various platforms including Google Marketing Platforms, Meta & Social, and automated reporting platform.
• Generate, implement and troubleshoot all tracking tags (audience, conversion, 3rd party pixels) across all media channels
• Complete test bookings to ensure proper tag implementation
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tag
• Focus on timeliness and quality in campaign launches for clients, including correct linkage between all platforms, and Amadeus Intranet platforms, and following all quality guidelines for campaign management, including amendments post launch (creative's swap, etc.).
• Post launch assistance in regards to delivery.
• Confirm that all assets are in compliance with site specifications and properly functioning.
• Use best practices while building campaigns in various platforms.
• Remain up-to-date on technology and Industry business through trade publications, newspapers and web sites, and assessing the potential impact of industry events/trends on the business. Support the evaluation, testing and implementation of new media networks and partners
• Support other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of the digital industry and basic understanding of digital KPIs
• Familiarity with digital media platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook) is a plus
• Experience working with ad tags, basic HTML, and rich media is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the digital advertising industry
