Job summary

Amentum seeks a Vehicle Maintenance Analyst to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role oversees maintenance operations for a large fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, and cost-effective asset management.

Required are extensive GCSS-Army experience, strong leadership, and English proficiency. Travel readiness and ability to obtain necessary credentials are essential for deployment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of maintenance and supply principles, and US military maintenance support systems.
• GCSS-Army maintenance production, control, and support systems knowledge.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, parts acquisition, warranty, LTDD, ECOD submissions.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (DOT, OSHA, ANSI, OEM, Military).

Responsibilities

• Execute vehicle maintenance and recovery operations per contract and standards.
• Manage admin, maintenance, and distribution of publications, warranties, and LTDD/ECOD reports.
• Ensure asset utilization and up-to-date odometer records in CMMS.
• Coordinate with managers, military personnel, suppliers, and vendors for warranties and cross leveling.
• Ensure maintenance per ML/MFG and -10 to -30 levels of scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor repairs and ensure reports are accurate and timely.
• Budget, analyze, and report maintenance operations, track burn rates and usage.
• Develop team, enforce safety policies and PPE compliance.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental requirements; perform additional duties as needed.
