Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a DFT Engineer to design and implement DFT architectures for ASIC/SoC products. You will test insertion, ATPG, and compression while supporting multiple product lines. The role involves pre/post silicon verification and cross-team collaboration to ensure robust test strategies.

The candidate should have a MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 2+ years of related DFT experience, with strong scripting skills and knowledge of IEEE 1149/JTAG concepts.

Competenze

• Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.
• 2 years of directly related experience in ASIC/SoC DFT.
• Hands-on experience with DFT architecture, planning and insertion.
• Experience with scan insertion, ATPG and DFT compression.

Mansioni

• Define DFT specifications, architecture and implementation.
• Support multiple product lines for DFT insertion and test content.
