PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer Manager to bridge development, operations, and security, delivering secure software with high reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7–11 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud engineering, automation, and modernization.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of development, operations, and security practices to improve delivery.
• Design and implement secure IT systems to support operations and minimize downtime.
• Oversee cloud infra deployment with AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server.
• Coordinate CI/CD processes to streamline application development.
• Use Ansible and Terraform for provisioning and config management.
• Implement security controls and incident management strategies.
• Mentor engineers and drive DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Monitor system reliability and optimize performance.
