Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Azure DevOps Developer to lead end-to-end application development on the Microsoft platform. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and architects to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes .NET, front-end, CI/CD, and Azure services, with onsite work allowed at Manila locations. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of software development experience and strong Azure expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Software/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years in software development, especially .NET Framework 4.7+.
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC/Core and SQL development.
• Proficient in frontend tech: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, TS, and frameworks.
• Skills in unit testing, automation, or TDD.
• Design/CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to deploy .NET apps.
• 1+ year with Azure services: App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, SQL Data.
• Nice-to-have: BizTalk/Azure Integration Services; Power Platform; low-code.
• Flexible to report onsite at Manila offices: Alabang, BGC, Cubao, Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the application.
• Drive requirements and metrics from business process needs.
• Design the application to meet business and requirements.
• Validate design with stakeholders and participate in quality reviews.
• Supervise other designers or developers on designs.
• Transition designs to developers with clear understanding.
• Design application UI, classes, and components.
• Perform detailed design of architecture components.
• Develop common test data; configure, build and test components.
• Collaborate with team to ensure requirements and performance goals.
• Follow secure coding practices and participate in code reviews.
• Provide documentation and plan/process steps as defined.
• Identify issues/risks and meet milestones and ETC estimates.
• Report onsite at Manila offices as required.
