Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Azure Engineer Manager to lead software development for a diverse client portfolio. You will drive digital transformation by designing, coding, and testing applications using Java, Python, and C#.NET while leveraging ATDD and CI/CD practices.

You will mentor the team, engage with stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence across cloud-enabled solutions in a collaborative, global environment from our Manila hub.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in software engineering or cloud/DevOps leadership roles.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams to build innovative applications for digital transformation.
• Manage client engagement workstreams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, and C#.NET; apply ATDD and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor and develop team members, promote innovation, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Use Azure and cloud platforms for development and testing; ensure quality through reviews and standards.
