JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain and Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, overseeing implementation, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with our business goals.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and a passion for driving successful CRM initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation to guide implementation teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend integration strategies with other enterprise systems.

Implementation and Customization

• Guide the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
• Oversee the development of custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend CRM functionality.
• Ensure seamless data migration and integration between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Provide technical leadership during the implementation phase, ensuring best practices are followed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver comprehensive CRM solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to maximize CRM adoption and usage.
