Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is recruiting mid to senior DevOps Engineers in the Philippines for hybrid work at Taguig/Makati. You will design, build, and operate automation platforms, standardize infrastructure, and enable global engineering teams to deploy and run high‑impact platforms securely and efficiently.

You will drive automation, IaC, CI/CD improvements, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps, automation, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Background in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
• Experience with Linux/RHEL systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate automation solutions using Ansible and modern DevOps tools.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and reusable automation playbooks.
• Automate installation, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of systems.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Work with Linux/RHEL-based environments, middleware, and web servers.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams (developers, architects, platform teams).
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Experience working with Linux / RHEL systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
