Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join an international platform engineering team in a hybrid setup (Ayala, Makati). You will develop automation using Ansible and Azure DevOps, build reusable playbooks for RHEL environments, and automate deployment lifecycles while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires hands-on Ansible experience, strong Linux knowledge, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible / Ansible Tower / AAP.
• Strong Linux/RHEL knowledge.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD.
• Basic scripting in Bash, Python, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Ansible and Linux experience to join our international platform engineering team. You will develop and operate automation solutions that standardize and streamline IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Azure DevOps.

• Create and maintain reusable Ansible playbooks for RHEL and middleware environments.

• Automate installation, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and automation issues.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and international teams.

• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Systems, or Platform Engineering.

• Hands-on Ansible / Ansible Tower / AAP experience.
