Job summary

Mission Graduates in San Francisco is seeking a Development Manager who will report to the Director of Development and collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to manage donor relations, cultivation, events, and development operations.

You will oversee donor databases, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, prepare mail appeals, and support annual fundraising and donor stewardship with a hybrid schedule requiring two to three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Project management and event management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relations, cultivation, and donor communications.
• Assist in implementing organizational plans to grow donor base.
• Coordinate multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor lists.
• Prepare mail appeals and coordinate segments and lists.
• Oversee Salesforce donor database and related reports.
• Support fundraising events and logistics.
