• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with deal teams to execute complex LIHTC transactions and related structures.
• Assist in capital structuring including debt and equity financing.
• Maintain pro-formas reflecting budgets and financing plans.
• Collaborate with Originations, Asset Management, Construction, Finance and Legal.
