Job summary

Crowdsource Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to record Spanish-language accounting transactions into the client’s system. The role requires 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience and comfort with repetitive data-entry tasks.

Onsite in Makati, you will review Spanish documents, input data, process invoices and receipts, maintain organized records, and support the accounting team while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is sufficient.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
• Previous experience handling Spanish-language accounting documents is an advantage.
• Comfortable performing data entry and repetitive encoding tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and use the client's accounting system.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Encode and record accounting transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Review Spanish accounting documents and input relevant information into the system.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment records, and other accounting documents as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of encoded transactions.
• Organize and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Verify information and flag discrepancies or missing details when necessary.
• Follow established accounting procedures and data-entry guidelines.
• Assist the accounting team with other basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
• Complete assigned tasks within required deadlines.
