The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with proven bookkeeping experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a full-time, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accounts are balanced.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information at all times.
