Job summary

DFNN Group of Companies in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, manage A/P and A/R, prepare journals, and ensure timely BIR filings. You will contribute to reliable financial reporting and compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and 1–3 years' bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Philippine tax rules.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting, with financial reporting and BIR filing exposure.
• Technical: Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with computerized accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices and supporting documents (A/P).
• Prepare billing statements and monitor customer accounts (A/R).
• Maintain books and prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Assist in BIR returns, tax filings, and government submissions.
