Job summary

Prople BPO Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to join our Finance team in Mandaluyong. The role focuses on recording and posting transactions from Oracle ledgers, maintaining organized books, and ensuring supporting documents are complete.

The candidate will support various finance projects, maintain accounting records, and handle ad hoc duties as required by the Finance team. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes.
• Experience in maintaining books of accounts and accounting records is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and post accounting transactions accurately in the company's manual books of accounts, from Oracle ledgers.
• Ensure completeness and proper organization of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update accounting files, ledgers, and documentation.
• Provide support on various finance and accounting projects.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as may be required by the Finance team.
