Job summary

ECI is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver world-class desktop support to users across multiple locations, primarily in Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 environments. This onsite role at the ECI BGC, Taguig office requires collaboration with a global team and rotation across UK/EMEA hours.

You will triage incidents, perform light server troubleshooting, and assist with software upgrades and security measures while ensuring customer-centric service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of end-user support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and MDM.
• Exposure to IT security concepts like MFA and antivirus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 end-user desktop support across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Exchange/Office 365, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Assist with server administration and Windows PC deployments.
• Support basic system maintenance including patching and upgrades.
