What is this role about?
The role is responsible in supportingSEAOIL's retail expansion team by providing sound recommendation regarding site acquisition strategies.

What will YOU do?

• Analyzedata submitted by Field Planners through FPAF and Acquirers through COBALT to provide sound recommendation regarding site acquisition
• Buildproper context of all sites endorsedto ensure that the area, market, and site are represented correctlyby following strict process of data analysis and conforming to pre-approved economic hurdle rates for projects
• Coordinate closelywith the Field Planners for the acquisition of the right data needed for the analysisto ensure that all data submitted by the Field Planners are final or can still be adjusted based on the result of the analysis conducted
• Createconforme with approved rate and termsto present by the acquirers to the lot owner for negotiation
• Monitor relevantdatabasesto easily track analysis, assessments and other needed data regarding the site leads
  

What will YOU need?

• Bachelor's degree holder in business, management, economics, or other relevant courses
• Preferably with at least a year of experience within the same capacity
