Qualifications

What is this role about?
The role provides support to sales teams related to gathering and analysis of sales data to gauge performance, improve process, and help achieve overall targets/objectives.

What will YOU do?

• Collect and summarize data on industry, customers, company, and competitors to determine the current market position of the company in the industry

• Analyze sales data on a per SKU, per account, per warehouse, and per channel

• Determine reasons for deviations from plans and targets to apply corrective action plans to meet sales targets

• Facilitate the periodic demand forecasting to ensure optimized sales and supply chain

• Coordinate the issues and concerns of the sales teams to address and provide resolutions

• Lead the annual strategic planning for sales channel/s to develop bottom up projections and strategic initiatives aligned with top down company objectives
  

What will YOU need?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Accounting , Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other related courses

• At leasttwo (2) years relevant experience in a data analytics, preferably in a sales/financial analyst background

• Proficient in MS Excel/Spreadsheet, PPT/Slides; BI and CRM tool is a plus

• Good stakeholder management skills

• Willing to do field work as needed
