Job summary

JG Summit Holdings, Inc. seeks a Design & Planning Manager to oversee project management, facilities management, and design implementation for the mall assigned to him/her. This includes tenant construction, in-house repairs, maintenance, and redevelopments. He/she will also lead the Mall Planning Department.

Qualified candidates bring architecture or civil engineering credentials with licensure and extensive planning experience in real estate, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Architecture or B.S. Civil Engineering with professional license.
• Extensive background in technical planning and project management in real estate.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Residing in or willing to be assigned to Robinsons Butuan.
