Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Design Officer to uphold our mall design standards by reviewing concepts and ensuring alignment with business requirements at SM City Bataan.

You will plan design projects from concept to completion, supervise construction, maintain facilities, and support tenants through design reviews. A Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least two years in design development and project management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Registered Architect or Registered Civil Engineer.
• At least two years of experience in design development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mall design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and compliance with design standards.
• Oversee construction and contractor performance to guarantee design accuracy, workmanship quality, and timely project delivery.
• Maintain and improve mall facilities by inspecting conditions, recommending restorations, and ensuring regular maintenance and safety compliance.
• Support tenant coordination through design plan reviews and alignment with mall development standards.
• Promote continuous learning and development by participating in training, skill enhancement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Job description
