Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a design development professional to help maintain our mall design standards. The role focuses on establishing design requirements and reviewing proposals to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.

You will collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction specialists on site, overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure structures meet standards and local laws. A 2+ year background in design development and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
• Registered Architect or Registered Civil Engineer preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in design development and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain design standards of the mall by establishing design requirements and reviewing proposed design concepts in line with business standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors and construction specialists on site to oversee projects from start to finish.
• Ensure structures meet company policies, design and image standards, and relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description

Responsible in maintaining the design standards of the mall through establishing design requirements and reviewing proposed design concepts in accordance of the business standards. Works with engineers, surveyors and construction specialists on site and oversees projects from beginning to end making sure that structures meet company policies, company standards on design and image, management standards, and rules, laws and regulations on construction.

Educational Requirement

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Registered Architect or Registered Civil Engineer.

Experience Requirement

• With at least two (2) years experience in design development and project management.
• Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD

• The candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM Megamall
