Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Design Management Lead for Timberland Heights to serve as the Project In-Charge and coordinate design and planning activities from pre-design to project completion.

The role involves overseeing internal and external stakeholders, maintaining design action lists, and ensuring deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality standards under the Design Manager's supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or related design/engineering discipline.
• Licensed Architect preferred or required subject to final company standard.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in design management or project coordination.
• Knowledge of urban planning, landscape design, engineering coordination, and township/residential development.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day Project In-Charge for Timberland Heights design-management under the Design Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor design and planning deliverables from pre-design through project completion.
• Maintain the project design action list, deliverable tracker, decision log, and schedule milestones.
• Set up and document regular progress meetings with minutes, action items, and due dates.
• Coordinate with project teams and consultants to ensure timely submission and resolution of design requirements.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and status reports for review by the Design Manager and stakeholders.
• Escalate critical design, schedule, cost, quality, and coordination issues to the Design Manager with recommended actions.
