SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Design Release Engineer for the Fuels Systems domain, including Fuel/Urea tanks and delivery modules. You will lead design, development, APQP, and production release, coordinating with suppliers and program teams.
Requirements include a B.S. in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical, 2–4 years automotive design experience in fuel systems, proficiency in English, and knowledge of NX/Teamcenter/PLM, DFMEA and DVP&R; willingness to travel up to 20%.
Products: Fuel tanks, Urea (SCR) Tanks, Fuel delivery modules, Urea Delivery Modules, Gas and Diesel Filters.
The Design Release Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, advance product & quality planning (APQP), and production release of a system/component within Fuels Systems: Fuel/Urea tanks and fuel/urea delivery modules.
Other responsibilities will include quality improvements, value optimization, weight reduction, and other efficiency improvement initiatives including communicating technical product status to management.
The Design Release Engineer will interact with suppliers and will work closely with internal and external groups such as vehicle program team, testing & prototype labs, CAE engineers, supplier operations and manufacturing plants.
