Job summary

Elabram Systems, Inc. in Cebu City seeks a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer with AutoCAD expertise to deliver detailed reinforcement drawings and structural plans. The role emphasizes accuracy, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with project stakeholders on site.

Applicants should have 3+ years of relevant experience and preferably a PRC license. This is an in-person position based in Cebu City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PRC license a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Autodesk CAD.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Base location Cebu; willingness to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Focus on DDD work and output.
• Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs).
• Prepare MTOs, BOQs and material estimates from drawings.
• Prepare cost/price analyses.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel; follow Design Manager instructions.

Basic Requirements：

• Graduate of Civil Engineering Course or any related course
• With PRC License is a plus
• Autodesk (CAD) User
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines
• With Construction/site experience
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• At least three (3) Years of relevant experience
• Base Location: Cebu (1 Headcount only)

Job Description:

• 1.) Focus on DDD work and output
• 2.) Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs, and other structural elements
• 3.) Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material estimates from structural drawings
• 4.) Prepare Coast Analysis
• 5.) Coordinate with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel5.) Other arrangement from Design Manager
