Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage CAD drawing production on-site in Metro Manila.

You will lead a team to develop 3D models from scans, update drawings from measurements, and deliver sign-off and installation drawings while maintaining strong client communications. The role requires Diploma-level education, excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a role of this type at a Team Leader Level.
• Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent.
• Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• IT skills and ability to use common technology and devices.
• Willingness to learn new skills as required by the Organisation.

Responsibilities

Deployed is an established BPO firm specializing in workforce solutions. We partner with a range of globally minded businesses, from start-ups to large corporations across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Use data from 3D scans to develop 3D models

• Use site measurements to update and produce fabrication and concept drawings

• Produce sign-off drawings, workshop drawings, installation drawings, and other CAD drawings such as Parametric Models as required.

• Communicate with other Personnel as required to ensure that CAD information is produced in a timely manner and ready for when it is required.

• Record data against relevant projects and generally be aware of industry standard document management practices.

• Provide insights & assistance to personnel who request it, so projects run smoothly.

• Undertake any other work tasks that are reasonably requested.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a role of this type at a Team Leader Level.

• Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent.

• Level of understanding for relevant legal & regulatory requirements

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On-site

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work.
