Job summary

Galderma Philippines Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across our injectable aesthetic, dermatological skincare, and therapeutic dermatology portfolios.

You will plan and execute territory strategies, build relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and clinic managers, and stay informed on product indications and safety profiles. You will collaborate with marketing to run campaigns, conduct in-clinic detailing, and support GAIN trainings to promote product adoption

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets in alignment with company strategy, compliance standards, and under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute territory action plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts and stakeholders including action plans and follow-ups.
• Develop and implement territory/account business plans aligned with KPIs and strategic goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities and customer interactions.
• Submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance, activities, and expenses.
• Plan and execute sales calls to target HCPs, focusing on high-potential aesthetic clinics and injectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and clinic managers.
• Ensure call coverage, call concentration and call reach are achieved as per the standards set by the company.
• Maintain accurate and updated HCP database with segmentation and call records.
• Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of injectable aesthetic products, including indications, techniques, and safety profiles.
• Attend industry events, conventions, and training sessions to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility of products and materials in clinics and accounts.
• Conduct in-clinic detailing and product presentations, emphasizing clinical efficacy, safety, and patient outcomes guided by aesthetic tools and services.
• Support customers with GAIN trainings to drive confidence in the use of Galderma aesthetic portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in sample distribution and promotional activities.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Comply with the Company’s Safety & Health, Environment Sustainability (HSE) policies and programs.
