Alter Domus in Manila seeks a Depositary Manager to establish and scale the local team, delivering high-quality depositary services across cash flow monitoring, record keeping and NAV oversight. The role requires leading cross-border collaboration with UK and Luxembourg teams and ensuring strict adherence to process governance.

The candidate will manage staffing, performance, and risk controls while driving continuous improvement and client service excellence in a dynamic, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting or regulatory reporting.
• Proven people leader with ability to build, scale and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing operational/review functions with performance metrics and stakeholder management across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and scale the Manila Depositary team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and organizational design.
• Oversee depositary activities for UK and Luxembourg fund sites (Cash Flow Monitoring, Record Keeping, NAV Oversight, Due Diligence).
• Ensure adherence to the Prepare→Review→Sign-off operating model; fund sites retain review and client/regulatory communication.
• Coordinate with fund-site Managers and Senior Officers; manage handovers and escalate issues.
• Monitor quality of deliverables with proper documentation, cash flow assessments, and control checklists.
• Manage capacity and planning across multiple funds to ensure scalable service delivery.
