Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Commercial Deposits Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from development to profitability and to be the main contact for all commercial deposit initiatives.

You will drive market analysis, pricing strategy, and campaigns, working with Customer Experience, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to deliver growth while managing risk and ensuring regulatory adherence. Location: GT Capital Tower, Makati.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as Deposit Product Manager or Cash Management Product Manager.
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience within the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Business Generation: develop product plans, position, pricing, and campaigns to grow the business.
• Operational Efficiency: monitor product performance, review processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Risk Awareness and Management: ensure AML, data privacy, and regulatory compliance for products.
