Job summary

Align Technology, a global leader in the Invisalign system, is seeking a Practice Development Manager based in Singapore. You will manage accounts, develop practice growth, and drive sales with doctors and clinics.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing and regional teams to achieve ambitious targets. You will build relationships with certified and non-certified doctors, deliver business plans, and ensure high-value activity to gain market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business, marketing or related science.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales or business development with a proven track record.
• Dental/orthodontic sales or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales targets for Singapore.
• Co-create value-driven solutions with customers and accounts.
• Develop and manage relationships with clinics/doctors to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing on sales strategies and events.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Manager.
