Job summary

Core Practice is seeking a motivated Sales Account Specialist to identify dental practices, reach decision makers, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the Sales team. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to generate new opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and meeting activity targets while working in a fast-paced dental tech environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision makers.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working towards sales and activity targets.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in dental, healthcare, SaaS, or technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential dental practices and key decision makers.
• Contact prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Book product demonstrations and discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Follow up with marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects.
• Develop and run targeted outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
• Keep records of calls, emails, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to generate new opportunities.
• Track key performance metrics such as calls, emails, meetings, qualified leads, and opportunities.
• Stay up to date with dental industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
