• Proven ability to manage staff rotas and payroll-related tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow between dentists, assistants, and reception staff.
• Manage staff duty rosters, shifts, rest days, and coverage to ensure adequate staffing.
• Stand in as dental assistant when required to support clinical workflow.
• Coordinate dentists' schedules, treatment rooms and support staff for efficiency.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and reporting is accurate.
• Assist in developing and implementing SOPs, policies and workflows.
• Drive revenue and KPIs by monitoring bookings, recalls and patient follow-ups.
