Job summary

cooee inc. career (be one of us) is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and support demolition projects from the office in Iloilo City.

You will act as the operational link among clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring plans, documentation, and delivery are efficient. The role reports to the Project Director and Operations Manager, with emphasis on project programming, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Construction Administration, or Operations Coordination.
2+ years of experience in Contracts Administration.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple demolition projects simultaneously.
Ensure projects are planned and prepared before mobilisation.
Assist with project programming and scheduling.
Manage project scope and communicate any changes.
Prepare and coordinate project handovers.
Maintain accurate project reports and progress updates.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Coordinate project-related emails and correspondence.
Attend stakeholder meetings when required.
Escalate project issues to the Project Director when necessary.
Prepare quotations for minor works (up to AUD $1,000).
Maintain complete and accurate job documentation.
Ensure project information is updated within company systems.
Perform job data entry and document control.
Conduct JMS checks to ensure project compliance.
Support site operations through effective office coordination.
Coordinate material purchase requests with the Operations Manager.
Organise warehouse outbound deliveries and project logistics.
Coordinate recycling and waste management requirements.
Assist with site management and project coordination where required.
Conduct toolbox meetings and project coordination meetings.
Support recruitment and resource planning.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Prepare project reports and operational updates.
Monitor project progress against schedules.
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of company procedures and systems.
