Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Wei Yuan Construction Management Inc' in ILOILO Project. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects from start to finish. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including resource planning, procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as neededCommunicate project status, issues and milestones to senior management and clients
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards
• Continuously look for ways to improve project delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction
