Rest Day Schedule (e.g. Sat and Sun): Saturday and Sunday.
Time of Work (e.g. 9am to 5pm): Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM); Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze inventory needs to ensure stock availability using ART replenishment tool, historical data, market trends and sales input.
- Review SKU performance and assist supply chain specialist in re[1]pipeline or inventory correction initiative such as stock balancing and escalation to Merch team for move-out plans.
- Review and validate order details and release PO based on level of authority.
- Maintain parameter set up (review, vendor, warehouse, buffer lead time) and ranging in the Replenishment Tool.
- Assist Demand Planning Manager in forecasting demands.
- Monitoring and managing and ensuring target inventory levels are met and to minimize overstocking, stockouts and return to vendors.
- Coordinate with vendor to ensure all open POs are delivered on schedule within the respective delivery window for DC deliveries as well as store delivery cut-off for direct to store delivery.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting processes, forecasting techniques, and inventory management preferably within the pharmacy or retail industry.
- Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and optimizing inventory levels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in demand planning software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management Related or any related field.
