Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes auto‑replenishment plans of cross‑dock and stock vendors and suggests re‑orders following the agreed ordering and delivery schedules.
• Performs quantity overrides for items that are on promo or on allocation.
• Create and release purchase orders to the suppliers based on the final replenishment plan.
• Maintain SKU status in JDA (Active and Inactive) based on instructions from category buyers to manage delivery service levels.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Center for the timely and accurate dispatch of stocks to the stores.

Job Key Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any field
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in supply chain functions (demand forecasting and inventory control/management)
• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• Must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
