Job summary

Intelassist is seeking a Demand Planning & Purchasing Specialist for Beauty4U store operations in the Philippines. The role starts with onsite onboarding in Eastwood, Quezon City for two to four weeks, then transitions to a remote setup. Night shifts align with U.S.

Eastern Time, and you will manage inventory planning and purchasing for retail stores. You will forecast demand, maintain item master data, issue purchase orders, and collaborate with merchandising to align purchases with promotions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in demand planning or retail purchasing.
• Hands-on inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Experience forecasting supply needs and maintaining item master data.
• Proficient with ERP/POS and purchase-order processing.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and develop replenishment plans for store inventory.
• Monitor on-hand inventory levels across stores and flag risks.
• Create, issue and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Maintain accurate item master data (SKUs, costs, vendor info).
• Reconcile PO receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with merchandising and store teams on promotions.
• Prepare regular reports on forecast accuracy and stock status.

Position Overview:
The Demand Planning & Purchasing Specialistwill manage retail inventory planning and purchasing for Beauty4U's store operations. This role forecasts product demand, maintains accurate item master data, and issues purchase orders to keep store inventory aligned with anticipated sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical sales and inventory data to build demand forecasts for retail store purchasing
• Monitor on-hand physical inventory levels across stores and flag shortages or overstock risk
• Translate forecasted demand into replenishment plans and purchasing recommendations
• Create, issue, and track purchase orders with vendors to support store inventory needs
• Clean up and maintain accurate item master data (SKUs, costs, vendor info, product attributes)
• Reconcile purchase order receipts against inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Identify slow-moving or aging inventory and recommend corrective purchasing action
• Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to align purchasing with promotions and seasonality.
• Prepare regular reporting on forecast accuracy, stock levels, and purchase order status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or retail purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with physical inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability to forecast supply needs based on projected demand
• Experience maintaining and cleaning up item master data in an ERP, POS, or inventory system
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders for retail or ecommerce store purchases
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills; comfort working with sales and inventory reports
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working directly with a small retail/merchandising team
• 5 years of experience in Accounting experience, supporting U.S. based clients is a plus.
