Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands is seeking a Demand Planning Coordinator in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations, managing POs, maintaining product data, and generating reports while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and be open to night shifts with a hybrid work arrangement in Silver City, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work night shift and hybrid in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and monitor open POs.
• Manage case assignments and perform case clean-up activities.
• Update SKU information for 20-unit and 40-unit cartons.
• Maintain UPC labels and packaging documentation.
• Generate inventory reports for channel stakeholders.
• Assist with allocation inquiries and operations support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely data updates.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planning Coordinator to support day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations. The role involves managing purchase orders, maintaining product and packaging information, supporting inventory reporting, and assisting with allocation and operational queries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders and monitor/update open POs
• Manage case assignments and perform case clean-up activities
• Update existing SKU information for 20-unit and 40-unit master cartons
• Maintain and update UPC labels and packaging documentation
• Generate inventory reports required by channel stakeholders
• Assist with allocation-related inquiries and operational support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Background or exposure to supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
