Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast product demand and manage inventory in the Philippines. You will analyze sales trends and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production and Finance to align forecasts with supply capabilities and business targets.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts from historical data, monitoring forecast accuracy, adjusting for promotions and seasonality, ensuring stock availability, and supporting vendor payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or Statistics).
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is an advantage.
