Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to analyze sales forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and support strategic merchandising decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations, utilize planning software and MS Office, and help identify market trends and seasonal patterns to drive accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business, Marketing or Communication.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, merchandising or sales analytics.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exposure in E commerce demand, promotions & seasonality is a plus.
• Able to analyze market trends.
