Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and maintain demand forecasts, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to gather inputs and validate forecasts.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, analyze trends, and support the S&OP process, balancing inventory and providing KPI analyses. ERP experience and data accuracy are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and business inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand assumptions and validate forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of forecast variances.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, new product launches, and customer demand patterns.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing demand insights and recommendations.
• Work with Inventory and Supply Planning teams to balance inventory levels and service targets.
• Prepare regular demand planning reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting product demand and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve forecasting models, planning processes, and data quality.
• Maintain accurate planning data within ERP, forecasting, or demand planning systems.
