Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Demand Planner in Manila to analyse historical sales data and trends while optimising inventory levels. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align production plans with projected demand, identify supply chain bottlenecks, and report on key performance indicators.

Eligible candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in demand or production planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with relevant software. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is also required.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a demand planning or production planning role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proficient in using demand planning and forecasting software, as well as Excel and other data analysis tools.
