Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and forecasting software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra)
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and models

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical tools and historical data
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and align forecasts
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, market conditions, and customer behavior
• Identify and communicate forecast variances and recommend corrective actions
• Support inventory planning and procurement decisions based on forecast data
• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings
• Maintain forecasting models and update parameters as needed
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and performance
• Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability
• Continuously improve forecasting processes and tools
