Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update demand forecasts based on sales history, promotions, seasonality, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising to gather inputs for demand planning.
• Oversee replenishment activities and ensure timely product ordering.
• Supervise and coach replenishment specialist for effective performance.
• Prepare monthly reports on forecast accuracy, stock levels, and replenishment performance.
• Implement best practices to improve demand planning and replenishment processes.
