Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Demand-Capacity Analytics leader to design and architect advanced analytics guiding long-term network enablement.

You will oversee data governance, build automated pipelines, develop geospatial and predictive models, and deliver insights that drive capacity decisions and financial viability.

This role aims to shift from descriptive to prescriptive analytics, aligning stakeholders and optimizing future demand through AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Oversees demand-capacity data governance and end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Develops scripts & models for geospatial analytics and predictive forecasting.
• Produces insights and reports to drive capacity decisions and value realization.
• Aligns forecast drivers with stakeholders and calibrates assumptions for accuracy.
• Develops financial models to assess viability and profitability of demand opportunities.
• Leads the transition to prescriptive analytics and AI-driven demand models.

This role entails leading the Demand-Capacity Analytics team in developing, designing, and architecting advanced demand-capacity, geospatial, and predictive analytics to guide the network enablement of long-term business plans and essential technical solutioning.

• Oversees the build-up, organization, transformation, processing, and governance of demand-capacity data. Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of demand-capacity data, including the implementation of applicable governance frameworks and automated processing pipelines.


• Oversees the design and production of scripts & models needed for geospatial analytics, network build insighting, financial analysis, and demand-capacity forecasting.


• Accountable for insights, analysis, and reports that drive value maximization, capacity dimensioning, demand sizing, and capture benefits realization of build decisions.


• Ensures alignment across stakeholders on forecast drivers & results, and calibrates assumptions to improve performance accuracy for latent demand, future demand, and model updates / enhancements.


• Oversees the development of financial models that assess viability and profitability of demand opportunities vs. cost to serve.


• Spearheads the transition from descriptive analytics to prescriptive data science, AI-driven demand models, and automated operations.
