Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a senior leader to head the Demand-Capacity Analytics team, designing and architecting advanced analytics to guide network enablement of long-term business plans.

You will govern demand-capacity data, manage end-to-end data pipelines, develop geospatial models, forecasting, and move from descriptive analytics toward prescriptive, AI-driven solutions.

• Oversees the build‑up, organization, transformation, processing, and governance of demand‑capacity data.
• Directs the end‑to‑end lifecycle of demand‑capacity data, including governance frameworks and automated pipelines.
• Oversees design and production of scripts & models for geospatial analytics, network build insighting, financial analysis, and demand‑capacity forecasting.
• Accountable for insights, analysis, and reports that drive value maximization, capacity dimensioning, demand sizing, and benefits realization of build decisions.
• Ensures alignment across stakeholders on forecast drivers and results, calibrating assumptions to improve performance accuracy.
• Oversees development of financial models that assess viability and profitability of demand opportunities vs. cost to serve.
• Spearheads the transition from descriptive analytics to prescriptive data science, AI‑driven demand models, and automated operations.

This role entails leading the Demand-Capacity Analytics team in developing, designing, and architecting advanced demand-capacity, geospatial, and predictive analytics to guide the network enablement of long‑term business plans and essential technical solutioning.

• Oversees the build‑up, organization, transformation, processing, and governance of demand‑capacity data. Directs the end‑to‑end lifecycle of demand‑capacity data, including the implementation of applicable governance frameworks and automated processing pipelines.
• Oversees the design and production of scripts & models needed for geospatial analytics, network build insighting, financial analysis, and demand‑capacity forecasting.
• Accountable for insights, analysis, and reports that drive value maximization, capacity dimensioning, demand sizing, and capture benefits realization of build decisions.
• Ensures alignment across stakeholders on forecast drivers & results, and calibrates assumptions to improve performance accuracy for latent demand, future demand, and model updates / enhancements.
• Oversees the development of financial models that assess viability and profitability of demand opportunities vs. cost to serve.
• Spearheads the transition from descriptive analytics to prescriptive data science, AI‑driven demand models, and automated operations.
