Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The role is hybrid and supports US TPM and Sales planning activities.

You will co-lead projects for HBP and TPM Manila, manage planning requests, and drive continuous improvement to meet SLAs. Experience in Order Management or Billing is required, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Flexed TPM Profile
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Order Management or Billing

Responsibilities

• Support US TPM with day-to-day operational requirements and engagements with US Sales
• Co-lead projects and optimization initiatives for HBP and TPM Manila operations
• Execute TPM/Customer Planning Support, including customer planning requests, sales team requests related to customer forms management, PlanEx, execution to delivery, with regular checkpoints
• Manage issues from the Sales Team by identifying those resolvable by the team and those needing escalation/endorsement
• Achieve Service Level Agreement and lead Metrics Reporting for Sales Planning Support
• Prepare monthly and quarterly updates for key customers
• Identify and lead Continuous Improvement opportunities for US TPM and HBP Manila’s operations
• Prepare Business Case for new intake and utilize Project Management Tools
